We, at HCG Cancer Centre, Jaipur, believe in delivering value-based and patient-centric cancer care.
Our physicians use the multidisciplinary approach to create a personalised treatment plan for each of our patients depending on their cancer kind, stage, and overall health. The treatment administered will be tailored to the patient rather than the cancer type. This customised treatment approach has a positive impact on the treatment response and recovery among patients.
The multidisciplinary team comprises medical, surgical and radiation oncologists along with trained experts in pain management, onco-dietetics and psychosocial intervention.
Diagnostic Services at HCG Cancer Centre, Jaipur
PET-CT: PET-CT is a molecular imaging technique that offers information on both anatomical and metabolic changes. This information helps specialists in providing better treatment support. As a comprehensive diagnostic modality in cancer care, PET-CT imaging supports diagnosis, staging/restaging, therapy planning and monitoring.
MRI Scan: MRI scans are used to produce detailed images of internal organs, such as the brain, spine, prostate, uterus, and liver, among others. When a doctor suspects an abnormal growth, he/she may recommend an MRI scan. MRI scans can reveal the existence of both benign and potentially dangerous tumours throughout the body.
Mammography: Mammography is a screening method used for breast cancer detection. Low-dose X-rays are used to examine the breast for the signs of benign or malignant tumours.
X-Ray: X-ray scans help in the detection of structural abnormalities within the body. These scans help in the detection of lung, stomach and kidney cancers.
Ultrasound Scan: If swelling, pain or any other symptoms are present, an ultrasound scan is recommended. This scan gives thorough information about the functioning of numerous internal organs as well as any anomalies that may exist.
In addition, we have an in-house laboratory that provides diagnostic services such as biochemistry, haematology, clinical pathology and cytology, allowing our patients to receive prompt diagnostic support.

These systemic therapies use various mechanisms to destroy the cancer cells and help patients lead a better life after the treatment. Systemic therapies are often combined with other treatment modalities for enhanced efficacy of the overall treatment.
Palliative Care / End of Life Care
Palliative care aims to improve the quality of life for patients with terminal illness. Palliative care is available to cancer patients at any moment, from the onset of the disease through the end of the treatment. Palliative care focuses on managing cancer-related symptoms, such as pain or other discomfort, and assisting patients in achieving a relatively better quality of life.
