• Dr. Arul’s expertise lies in delivering both external and internal beam radiotherapy (brachytherapy) for multiple cancer types. 
• She has vast experience in the management of head and neck cancers, gynaecological cancers, lung cancers, breast cancers, lung cancers, etc.
• Dr. Arul handles about 200 cases every year.

Training and Certifications

• Dr. Ponni underwent IAEA Regional Training Course on Radiation Protection and Safety in Radiotherapy from the Nuclear Training Centre at Korea Atomic Energy & Research Institute, Seoul, S. Korea. 
• She has completed the IACA (Indo-American Cancer Association) Fellowship in SBRT Lung from Greenwich Hospital and Montefiore Medical Centre New York, USA.

Recognition

• She is a Life Member of National Chapter AROI (Association of Radiation Oncologists of India). She is also a member of the Indo-American Cancer Association (IACA)
