  • Dr. Murali is the director for HCG DCC and a senior consultant – medical oncology.
  • Dr. Murali has specialised in medical oncology and has over 19 years of experience with a primary interest in adult solid tumours
  • His secondary interest is in paediatric oncology, followed by haemato oncology.
  • Dr. Murali has handled more than 3000 cases of chemotherapy, immunotherapy and targeted therapy. Along with these procedures, he is also experienced in performing bone marrow aspirations, ascetic and pleural tapping, intrathecal and intraperitoneal chemotherapies, etc.
Recognition
  • Dr. Murali is the pioneer and has been instrumental in setting up the first dedicated Day Care Chemo Infusion Centres in Bengaluru - Karnataka.
  • Dr. Murali has received the coveted GCRI Award for Outstanding Academic Achievements in 2005.
  • Upon completion of his DM in Medical College, he joined as a faculty in the prestigious M S Ramaiah Medical College and Hospitals and went on to serve as a Professor in the Department of Medical Oncology. 
  • He was actively involved in training Under-Graduate and Postgraduate students. Further, he has been a co-guide for Postgraduate students in Pathology and Radiotherapy. 
  • He has many articles published in national and international forums.
