  • Dr. Sarat has vast experience in the surgical management of a broad spectrum of cancers. 
  • He has 15 years of experience and has been associated with premier institutes, namely All India Institute of Medical Sciences, Delhi, Manipal Superspeciality Hospital, Vijayawada, and Queen’s NRI Hospital, Visakhapatnam.
  • He has also worked as an assistant professor in Surgical Oncology at M. S. Ramaiah Medical College, Bengaluru.
Recognition
  • Dr. Sarat was honoured with the Dr. Turga Laxmi Narayana Memorial University Medal for MS (General Surgery) for the year 2006, NTR University of Health Sciences, Andhra Pradesh.
  • He was the recipient of the Swaminathan Prize for Anatomy for the year 1998, Andhra Medical College
  • He was also the recipient of the Prize for Social & Preventive Medicine in 2000, Andhra Medical College
  • He is a life member of reputed medical associations, namely Minimal Access Surgeons of India, Indian Association of Surgical Oncologists and Association of Surgeons of India.
