• Dr. Tushar is trained for oncoplastic reconstruction at various renowned institutes like Guy’s Hospital (London, UK) and MHDCC (Dusseldorf, Germany).
• He also has advanced skills in Breast Oncoplasty and Image-Guided Breast Surgery. He has undergone various courses organised by the European Society of Surgical Oncology (ESSO) all across Europe like France, Spain, Italy and Germany.
• He has also completed his extensive training in implant-based breast reconstruction and microvascular flap surgery from a reputed institute in Singapore
• He is also a fellow of the International Federation of Head Neck Oncology society (IFHNOS -New York).

Recognition

• He was awarded the European Board of Surgery Qualification (EBSQ) in Breast Surgery for excellence in Breast Surgery and Oncoplasty in September 2018 at Lile, France.
• He is an academician and has been published on several occasions nationally and internationally. He holds academic positions (teaching) at the MGM Hospital and Research Centre, New Mumbai and the Prince Ali Khan Hospital and Research Centre, Byculla, Mumbai.
• He is also the recipient of the 2021 Times Healthcare Leader Award.
