• Dr. (Gp Capt) V V S Prabhakar Rao has three decades of experience in the field of nuclear medicine, PET-CT and radiodiagnosis.
• Dr. Rao has worked as Senior Adviser - Nuclear Medicine at Army Medical Corps, Professor of Nuclear Medicine at Nizam's Institute of Medical Sciences, and has worked at multiple reputed cancer hospitals.
• Dr. Prabhakar Rao has treated numerous thyroid cancer patients with radioiodine and has designed high-dose radioiodine therapy wards in army establishments, state institutions and tertiary cancer hospitals.
